Chew Valley in Winter
Chew Valley is within the borough of Saddleworth in the North West corner of the Peak district. The valley was created by glacial movement during the last ice age. It of course is a very scenic place at any time but Robert was inspired by the particular beauty of the winter sunshine and snow.
